1. Source hierarchy
For Oman regulation and procedures, we prioritise Oman Customs and the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (MoCIIP), including its Directorate General of Standards and Metrology.
For global bullion standards and benchmark-market explanations, we prioritise LBMA documentation and the relevant benchmark administrator where appropriate.
2. Regulatory content
Regulatory pages are intentionally high-level. They explain the framework and point to the official service rather than pretending a general web page can determine the requirements for every shipment or transaction.
3. Review dates & corrections
Guides display a review date so readers can judge freshness. When an authority updates a rule or standard, the relevant Rikaz guide should be reviewed against the new primary source before the old statement is relied upon.
4. What the Knowledge Center does not do
It does not provide personalised investment recommendations, legal opinions, customs declarations, tax advice or guarantees about a future regulatory outcome.
